Who we are

Xuma Auto (also known as Xuma Motors) is a used car dealer at 16580 NW 10th Ave, Miami, FL 33169. You can reach us at sales@xumaauto.com or (786) 686-3333.

What we collect

• Information you give us: your name, phone number, email, ZIP code, the car you ask about, details of a car you want to sell or trade (VIN, mileage, condition, photos), and your answers in our forms, such as when you plan to buy or how you plan to pay.
• Messages you send us: through the forms on this site, by phone, text, WhatsApp, or Instagram and Facebook messages.
• Information from ads you answer: when you fill in a form in one of our ads, for example a Facebook or Instagram lead form, we receive what you entered.
• Information collected automatically: the pages you view, your device and browser, your IP address and cookies. This site uses Google Analytics and the Google Ads tag (Google), and the Meta Pixel (Meta). If you choose to sign in with Google, Google's sign-in service loads when you open the sign-in box.
• On your device: cars you save or view recently are kept in your browser, and in your account if you sign in.

How we use it

• To answer your questions and show you cars.
• To arrange appointments.
• To review cars you want to sell or trade and make you an offer.
• To send you the information you asked for.
• To measure and improve our ads and this site.
• To comply with the law.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information.

We share it only:

• with service providers that run this site and our communications: Vercel (hosting and photo storage), Neon (database), Resend (email), Google and Meta (the analytics and advertising tools named above), and Anthropic (the AI that answers questions on car pages and in the car search);
• with lenders or other partners only if you ask us to;
• when the law requires it.

If you apply for financing, we share your application with the lenders you authorize so they can make a credit decision.

Texts and calls

We contact you about your inquiry. Reply STOP to any text from us to stop receiving texts. You can ask us at any time to stop contacting you.

Cookies and ad choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. To manage the ads you see, use Google's My Ad Center (myadcenter.google.com) and Facebook's ad preferences (facebook.com/adpreferences). Google also offers a browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry records for as long as we need them for the purposes above and as the law requires.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing sales@xumaauto.com.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
